If you have not completed your ECT induction, please apply for our ECT Talent Pool

Our well-established Talent Pools are regularly accessed by customers across Norfolk and are also proactively promoted by us. We can help you maximise your chances of finding a suitable post.

The application form invites you to tell us what you’re looking for – e.g. full/part time, what you want to teach and the general geographical area you would be interested in working in.

Being in the Talent Pool will not prevent you from making applications direct to recruiting schools if you wish, but it will increase your chances of securing a suitable post – your application may get sent to a school you had not considered or sent before they have advertised more widely.

Schools will request searches from us based on their needs. Please be aware your application will only be sent to schools who request a search, should you meet their criteria.

If you are already, or are interested in teaching in a special educational needs setting, please answer ‘yes’ to the question on the application form, which asks if you would be interested in working in SEND provision. We will tag your application as a SEND Teacher, and you will be put forward for SEND roles which match your other preferences. Please ensure you tailor your personal statement to include this preference.
