We are looking to appoint a Classroom Teacher to provide extra teaching capacity across both Wroughton Junior and Wroughton Infant Academies.

Our two schools have been serving the Gorleston community for many years. In December 2016, we became Wroughton Infant and Junior Academies – part of Creative Education Trust, which provides us with many opportunities to work collaboratively with colleagues from other schools. Our two school buildings are connected, and we function as an all-through primary school.

Our hard-working staff team educate children between the ages of 3 and 11 years. We are lucky to have an exceptionally large site, with plenty of outdoor space for children to explore, learn and develop.

The school is well-resourced, and we provide an inclusive education for all the children in our care. Through our high expectations, we strive to ensure that children have the knowledge, understanding and skills to be confident and successful. Please take a look at our school website to find out more about us.

You will benefit from high quality professional development to develop your skills and knowledge and a tailored induction programme with on-going support from our friendly, experienced and skilled team.

In addition to the opportunities for training and development, we also offer a competitive benefits package.

As an employee you will have access to:

  • Local Government Pension Scheme
  • Access to an Employee Assistance Scheme provided by Health Assured
  • Bike2Work Scheme - where you can save up to 42% on the cost of bicycles and/or equipment
