- Salary – Grade G, £30,559 to £32,654 per annum
- Secondment opportunity / temporary contract to cover maternity leave

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the team
- Implement social media strategies to attract candidates and customers
- Maintain high customer service standards within SLAs
- Promote and develop our resourcing offer
- Attend job fairs and trade fairs to promote Education Job Finder to candidates and customers
Requirements:
- Approachable, empathetic and inclusive management style
- Experience with social media, brand promotion experience is ideal
- HR and/or resourcing experience
- Ability to work under pressure, manage workloads autonomously and problem solve
- Excellent communication, decision making and customer service skills
- Positive, proactive approach to continuous improvement
- Ability to see the bigger picture and adapt to changing priorities
