What You'll Do:

• Assist in Classroom Activities: Work closely with the lead teacher to support fun and engaging lessons, crafts, and playtime activities.
• Encourage Development: Help children develop essential social skills and emotional intelligence through positive interactions and role modelling.
• Create a Safe Environment: Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by maintaining a clean, organised, and nurturing classroom.
• Support Daily Routines: Assist with daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and outdoor play.
• Communicate with Parents: Build strong relationships with parents by sharing updates on their child's progress and daily experiences.

What We're Looking For:

• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents.
• Energetic and Creative: Enthusiasm for creating a fun and dynamic learning environment.
• Reliable and Responsible: Commitment to providing the highest standard of care and safety.
• Experience: Minimum of Level 2 Childcare/Early Years qualification is essential.
