Job Role

The Room Lead will ensure effective delivery of nursery provision on offer at Muddy Puddles, assisting the Nursery Manager and practitioners with daily operations of the nursery, whist ensuring a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children under 5 years.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will have a real passion for working with young children, with a genuine concern for the development and care of a child in regards to their physical, emotional and intellectual needs. You will have a minimum of 2 years post level 3 or higher qualification experience in an Early Years setting, with the ability to lead and work as part of a tightknit team. And most of all, you'll need a pair of boots to jump in muddy puddles (We love outdoor learning!)
