All Saints School is a small independent school in an idyllic rural setting in North Norfolk, with a Junior and Senior department welcoming children from the ages 7 to 16. We currently have 75 amazing young people whose needs are very well-supported by a highly dedicated and hard-working team of professionals. 

We are looking for a reliable, flexible and efficient Kitchen Assistant to develop the catering service for FSM students, enhance and maintain food quality, service delivery, hygiene standards. The overall objective is to provide the highest standards of food and service to contribute to the well-being and performance of the school. Hours of work, 7.30-10.00am Monday to Friday with an additional 3 hours that can be taken flexibly.

The role includes:

  • Ensuring the kitchen and service area are always clean, well-presented and well-stocked
  • Ordering online Tesco shop which is delivered twice a week
  • Offering a warm and friendly service
  • Ensuring COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety are followed

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is hard working and proactive
  • Is trustworthy with a can-do attitude
  • Is able to work as part of a large staff team with an excellent sense of humour
  • Is an effective communicator
  • Experience of working in a kitchen and/or with children preferred although full training will be provided
