Unity Education Trust are recruiting for a Nurture Teacher to join our education team at our Pathfinder School Rosebery to start as soon as possible. The Pathfinder vision creates clear pathways which re-engage and inspire learners. We strive to provide high quality learning experiences and a clear onward step to employment, education or training for all. We foster positive relationships to encourage theramatic learning, building core strengths of attachment, self-regulation, affiliation, awareness, tolerance and respect. Pupils are able to gain portfolio qualifications through and alternative education offer.

We are looking for a Teacher to make a real and lasting difference to our students. We seek a professional who is keen to demonstrate their excellent teaching expertise. The successful candidate will need to show an ability to demonstrate an understanding of adaptive teaching and ability to deliver nurture principles and embrace neurodiverse friendly practice.

Supporting our young people is challenging, however the rewards are immense as they develop and engage with us to become resilient, resourceful and socially successful adults.

Our schools re-engage young people in an all-through setting. A varied cohort of pupils includes children classed as missing education and permanently excluded from mainstream schools. All our pupils have social, emotional and behavioural (SEMH) needs with additional needs.
