- Salary: £12.18 - £12.38 per hour
- Fixed term until 31.8.25 but may continue
- Part time - 5 hours 55 minutes, Mondays
- 1 hour MSA (£11.59p/h)
- Term time plus one week
- To start October half term
We are seeking a hardworking, enthusiastic teaching assistant to join our lovely school and the Bressingham team.
We are looking for someone who ideally:
· Has a positive ‘can do’ attitude and is able to set clear, firm expectations for behaviour
· Is a nurturing, calm and forward thinking individual
· Is confidential
· Would embrace our school ethos
· Has knowledge and experience of primary school level learning and can support an exciting and challenging curriculum
· Can communicate well and form positive relationships with children, parents and staff
· Has a calm, patient approach to supporting the needs of children and can demonstrate a willingness to learn
· Is flexible and adaptable to situations and willing to work as part of a team
· Has good English, maths and phonics skills and is confident to work in EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
- Can confidently carry out midday supervisory assistant duties, including helping to set up, monitor and clear up after lunches, and supervise and facilitate successful playtimes for children
