• Salary - £18,000-£19,000 (based on 37.5 hours - term time only)

Dandelion’s ‘Patch’ is an outstanding alternative provision that caters for children aged 4-8, with mild to moderate additional needs, who need a nurturing, child-centric environment in which to thrive.

Children attend The Patch for a maximum of 2 days and may present with needs associated with anxiety, Attention Deficit (ADHD), Autism (ASD), Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) and / or trauma.

Staff work in a 1 to 2, adult to child ratio and are supported by a highly skilled team.

You must be :

• resilient and passionate about supporting and teaching children
• able to make fast decisions and problem solve
• have excellent interpersonal and time management skills
• love working outdoors in all weathers
